Warranty Policy
All MVJV products have a 30-day return policy and a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Replacement products will carry out the remaining warranty of the original product.
The warranty does not apply if the defect is the result of misuse, negligence, failure to follow directions on the instruction insert, or normal wear and tear.
MVJV has no distributors; all sales are direct. When buying on line, always verify the “sold by” on the header of the product. MVJV will not honor warranties from products acquired from third parties.
MVJV warranties are non-transferable. Items bought on second-hand websites are not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
